WELCOME TO THE THIRD ANNUAL HARTFORD AREA BURGER BATTLE CHALLENGE!

Hartford area restaurants Stomping Grounds, Main Street Humboldt Bar, Big J's Roadhouse, The GOAT, Dugout Sports Bar & Grill, and returning champion Hartford Steak Co. Tavern are facing off all January! They are going head to head to prove to you that they have the best burger in 2021! BUT WAIT, it gets even better! YOU get to be the judge.

Here’s how it works:

• Visit the participating restaurants and try their special burger

• The restaurant will give you a score card. Fill it out and judge the burger on the listed categories.

• Post a picture of your burger on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram and tag #HartfordBurgerBattle to enter into the weekly drawing for $25 Hartford Bucks!

• At the end of January, the burger with the highest average score wins claim to the “Best Burger in the Hartford Area”

Trojan Horse Burger
A Belgian pearl sugar waffle for bun. With an egg, sausage patty, pecan smoked cottage bacon topped with pepper/ghost smoky cheese. Served with a side of maple syrup.

GOAT
The GOAT B.O.B. Burger
Come in and AWAKEN your taste buds with our Burger Battle Burger! The Goat B.O.B. features Breakfast On Bun ingredients to include our hand-pattied burger, hash browns, fried egg, bacon and some secret sweet & savory Goat sauces.

Jen’s special burger topped with marinara sauce, pepperoni, mozzarella, and special ingredients

BIG J’s
Hickory Burger
1/2 lb hand pattied ground-chuck, topped with cheddar cheese, bacon, onion ring and BBQ sauce.

Bloody Mary Burger

After a "Sh*t" year, we are starting 2021 Bold and a Salty. We want to introduce our Bloody Mary Burger. This is our in-house fresh ground burger, topped with our famous shredded slow roasted prime rib, with melted cheese, drizzled in our new secret zing to the zang sauce. All held together with a skewer of goodies! CHEERS! Enjoy!
